Conveniently located in Queens, the below grade lot beneath East End Studios Sunnyside features ample parking and supplement basecamp as well as onsite shop and mill for set building on the ground floor. The lot and mill can be divided to fit your production’s needs.

The area is equipped with power and outlets: 200A – 120/208V 3-Phase, 4 wire cam lock; 8 individual GFCI duplexes.

The outdoor mill offers covered areas for weather protection. The walls may be semi-covered for climate control. Swamp coolers available upon request.

Hair & amp; Makeup

Sunnyside is designed with efficiency and holistic production purposes in mind. Each stage is directly supported by hair and makeup rooms and private baths, providing a haven for actors close to set. Each room provides ample space for stylists to work and is customizable to each new production.
