Topping the building, Stage 4 has a total area of 15,100 SF plus outdoor terrace. Designed to be flexible, this space can be used as a fourth stage or event space.

Sunnyside’s stages feature state-of-the-art soundproofing, integrated smart grid analog style control systems and ample power distribution. Each stage is fully equipped to support single cam and multi cam television productions, feature films and digital production workflows (XR and VR capable) as well as commercial and marketing campaigns.
