The facility will also house a 225-spot underground parking and loading garage, an internalized 8-bay full-sized truck loading dock, and a robust suite of appurtenant office, production, support, commissary, and mill spaces spanning over 180,000 square feet. The flex stage serves as a premier event space, featuring spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline from the interior and its expansive terraces. The facility is equipped to handle all modern XR/VR workflows.
